Neptune in Pisces also brings the theme of water: floods, hurricanes, inundations — the elements will constantly remind themselves, washing away everything built on sand.

La Chorrera's main economic resource is its location and water. Neptune in Pisces and Uranus in Taurus give enormous potential for the "blue economy": aquaculture, deep-sea mining, marine biotechnology, water desalination. The city could become a center for the study and use of the ocean. The stellium in Libra (Venus retrograde) is the beauty and art industry: restoration, design, fashion, jewelry. The city can earn money by restoring old buildings, creating unique souvenirs, and organizing art residencies.
The main economic weakness is corruption and bureaucracy (Mercury-Saturn square, Moon-Saturn square). Money will slip through fingers like sand. Its fate is to go through a series of crises (environmental, economic, social) in order to be reborn from a "deceptive resort" into a center of sustainable development and innovation. Its contribution to the world is a demonstration of how to preserve soul and beauty without turning into a soulless tourist attraction. This city must show that harmony (Libra) is possible only after passing through chaos (Pluto) and illusions (Neptune). It is a bridge between the past, which must be respected, and the future, which must be created.
