- A rebel city that constantly breaks its own toys. Rubio is a place where the revolutionary spirit of Aquarius (Mars in Aquarius, Pluto in Aquarius) clashes with the harsh necessity of paying the bills. Mars in conjunction with Ketu (South Node) in Aquarius is an energy that destroys old structures but does not always know what to build in return. This is a city where protests and social experiments are part of everyday life. Residents of Rubio adore ideas of a "new world," but often fall into apathy when it comes to routine. Example: in the city's history, there were periods when radical reforms (e.g., in the transport system or city governance) failed because their authors lost interest as soon as they began.
- A workaholic city with a savior complex. Venus in Capricorn and Jupiter in Capricorn is a combination of ascetic love for order and grandiose ambitions. Rubio does not know how to rest.
