This city is a crucible where the old national "self" (Pluto in Cancer) is melted down and, under the pressure of the state idea (Saturn in Libra), cast into a new form. Its fate is to eternally balance on the edge between dictatorship and diplomacy, between the trauma of the past and the utopia of the future, remaining an impregnable fortress of statehood in the very heart of Anatolia.
