CHARACTER OF THE COUNTRY
1. A country torn between conservative thoroughness and a drive for independence. This is evident from the powerful cluster of planets (Saturn, Uranus, Neptune) in the 4th house, associated with land, roots, and home. Saturn in Aquarius speaks of a foundation built on ideas of order, possibly technological or social progress, but within rigid frameworks.
