The main key to this is a stellium in Scorpio (Sun, Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Uranus), the sign of death, transformation, and hidden resources. Scorpio is not just intensity; it is the ability to survive in hell and emerge renewed. The city was literally built on ruins — it arose as a settlement at Chile's largest oil refinery, but its history is full of catastrophes: the devastating 1906 earthquake that razed everything to the ground, and the 1960 tsunami. Each time, Villa Alemana was reborn like a phoenix. The stellium of five planets in Scorpio gives incredible concentration of will, the capacity for deep psychological restructuring, and the ability to extract profit from the darkest and most dangerous spheres. Here, they are not afraid to look death in the face — this is a city where cemeteries and factory chimneys coexist with well-groomed parks.

Gemini is information, connections, trade. Neptune is illusions, drugs, the sea, secrets. Pluto is power, the underworld, total control. Villa Alemana is a key port on the Pacific Ocean, and not only legal cargo passes through it. The ENAP refinery is the city-forming enterprise. The city also earns from port infrastructure (Neptune in Gemini gives trade and maritime transport) and from the service sector, catering to workers and sailors. Venus in Scorpio (10°) in trine to Jupiter in Cancer (6°) is income from real estate, hotels, and restaurants, especially those on the first line by the sea. There is also a "black" market — smuggling and drugs (Neptune-Pluto).
- What it loses on: ecology and reputation. The main loss is residents' health and ecology. The square of the Moon (Pisces) to Neptune (Gemini) is constant leaks, pollution, diseases related to breathing and water. The city spends enormous resources on cleanup and compensation. The White Moon (Selene) in Scorpio in conjunction with Mercury is the "bright" side of the city: traditions of charity, mutual aid, strong trade union libraries and clubs. The city is proud of its firefighters (a symbol of service) and sports teams (especially football, where the aggression of Mars is released).
- What it is proud of: victory over catastrophes. Villa Alemana is proud that it survived earthquakes and tsunamis. This shapes a mentality: "we cannot be broken." The city is proud of its refinery as a symbol of technical power.
- What it is silent about: drugs and corruption. Neptune-Pluto in Gemini is a taboo topic. That cocaine passes through the port, that local officials "protect" shadow businesses, that there were accidents at the plant that were covered up — these are spoken of in whispers. These are the city's "skeletons in the closet." Also silent is the high suicide rate (Scorpio is the sign of death, the Moon-Neptune aspect is an escape from reality), especially among men who have lost their jobs.
FATE AND DESTINY
Villa Alemana exists to teach the world to process its "dirt" — both literally and figuratively. It is called to show that the most severe crises (earthquakes, pollution, social uprisings) can become a point of growth.
