- Unique mission: Altamira's mission is to be a catalyst. It does not build — it destroys old forms so that something new can grow from their ruins. It is an alchemist city. It absorbs the blow of civilization and processes it. The stellium in Scorpio gives it the power to be a "black hole" that draws in conflicts, resources, and people, and then ejects them in a new, transformed form. This is the place where the fate of the Amazon, and therefore the planet, is decided.
- Sister cities and rivals: Altamira is a loner by nature (Saturn in Taurus, stellium in Scorpio). It has no real sister cities, only competitors. Its main rival is Manaus. - What defines the spirit of the city: The spirit of Altamira is "war." Not in the sense of aggression, but in the sense of constant tension, readiness for battle, survival. It is a culture of the "sertão" (Brazilian hinterland) multiplied by Amazonian wildness. Core values: strength, cunning, resilience, the ability to stand up for oneself.
