- A dreamer city with an iron grip. Tubaran lives in constant tension between grandiose, almost utopian ideas and harsh, material reality. This manifests in the city's incredible ability to conceive bold projects (from architectural to social) and immediately implement them with rigidity and pragmatism. On one hand, Venus in Aries conjunct Neptune gives an impulsive, romantic belief that "anything is possible." On the other, Mars in Taurus conjunct Pluto turns any dream into a resource that must be seized, held, and processed. The city doesn't just build castles in the air—it carves them out of granite.
- An invisible center of power. Tubaran is a place where key decisions are made behind closed doors. Influence here is not demonstrative but deep, almost mafia-like. Tubaran processes resources (whether agriculture, minerals, or data) into ideas and technologies. Its mission is to prove that one can be both an industrial giant and a laboratory of the future.
- Rival cities: Any city that tries to siphon off financial flows or the intellectual elite. These may be older, "aristocratic" centers like São Paulo or Recife. The rivalry is not on the battlefield but in the sphere of influence and access to capital. Sister cities are likely port cities with a similar dual nature (e.g., Rotterdam or Hamburg), where logistics combine with creativity.
ECONOMY AND RESOURCES
- What it earns on: Tubaran's economy rests on three pillars: heavy industry and logistics (Mars, Pluto, Saturn in Sagittarius—control at a distance), agriculture and resource extraction (Taurus, Moon), and the information sector (Gemini, Mercury). The city knows how to profit from land and ideas. It is especially successful in processing: raw materials are imported, and expensive products or technologies are exported.
- What it loses on: Excessive secrecy and clannishness. Due to the Uranus-Neptune square and the Venus-Neptune conjunction, the city is prone to financial scams, "bubbles," and investments in illusory projects.
