The city's unique mission is the transmutation of aggression. It takes the blow, processes the conflict, and produces a ready-made solution or product. This is a place where new sports disciplines, aggressive art forms (graffiti, street art with political subtext), and radical political movements are born.
Sister cities: cities with a similar warrior spirit — for example, Sparta (Greece) or New York (USA) during its formative period. Rival cities: those that embody the "old order" and conservatism, such as the state capital or older, "aristocratic" cities. Competition with them is part of Suzano's DNA.
