CHARACTER OF THE CITY
- City of intellect and trade intermediary. Santarém is the brain and nerve of the region. A stellium of Mercury, Venus, and Pluto in the sign of Gemini (forming a close connection with the Sun in Cancer) makes it a center of communications, negotiations, and financial operations. Here, they don't just trade — they make deals that change the rules of the game.
