Kindred Spirit Cities: Nur-Sultan (Astana) in Kazakhstan — a similar ambition of building a new capital from scratch in the steppe. By contrast and hidden tension — Dubai (UAE): also luxury in the desert, built on resources, but with a completely opposite, world-open strategy (Ashgabat's Uranus is retrograde and in Virgo, not in a fire sign).
