DESTINYKEY
Constitution, stress response, and recovery rhythm — by Sun, Moon, Mars, Saturn, the 1st and 6th houses. Health astropsychology without diagnoses or promises of cure: the chart shows the pattern you live in, not a prescription.
Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Name and gender are optional — they only affect grammatical forms in recommendations. Birth time matters: even a 15-minute error shifts the Ascendant.
How your organism is wired at the baseline: body type, metabolic register, element balance, natural daily rhythm, fatigue type. By Ascendant, Sun, 1st house, and elements. How your engine runs when nothing is wrong.
Open constitution →How your organism meets load: acute phase via Mars, chronic via Saturn, daily routine breaking points via the 6th house. What gives way first, early signals of overload, the dark scenario and how not to slide into it. No diagnoses — patterns.
Reveal stress →How exactly your body repairs itself: sleep architecture via the Moon, type of rest via the 4th house, retreat need via the 12th house, overwhelm boundary via Neptune. What disrupts recovery, how to read the 'I have rested' signal, seasonality of rest.
Open recovery →A body-level correction protocol per afflicted planet across 7 categories: herbs, gemstones, breath, movement, sleep and light, environment, dietary register. What to do with a specific tension in the chart — at the level of the organism, not lifestyle.
Open the protocol →A natal chart is a snapshot of the sky at the moment of birth, a precise map of planetary positions and the geometry of their aspects. In the context of health, it is read with a particular focus: instead of generic "your nervous system is weak", we look at concrete points responsible for body patterns — the Ascendant and 1st house (constitution), the Sun (metabolic register), Mars (acute reaction to stress), Saturn (chronic load), the 6th house (daily routine breaking points), the Moon and the 4th/12th houses (recovery). This is not diagnosis — it is a map of body registers and tendencies, in which one can live more accurately.
Calculations use the Swiss Ephemeris — a professional astronomical standard, the same used in academic astrology. Planetary positions are computed to angular-second precision. Houses are calculated by Placidus (default). The Ascendant (ASC) — first cusp, the key point for determining constitution — is determined automatically from time and place of birth. The 6th, 4th, and 12th houses are all critically important for a health reading.
This is not medical advice. A health reading by birth chart does not replace diagnosis or treatment and is not considered an alternative to professional care. We strictly follow the boundaries below:
A doctor asks about symptoms and chooses therapy. A nutritionist works on diet. A coach builds a load plan. A health reading from your natal chart gives a different layer — the kind that's hard to see from inside: which load rhythm matches your constitution, which type of rest actually restores you, what specifically gives way first under stress, which body signals you tend to ignore. This is not an alternative to a doctor — it is a map a professional can lean on so that recommendations land more accurately on your nature.
Especially valuable for people who walk through specialists without a clear diagnosis and feel that "general" recommendations don't work on them; who are recovering from burnout and don't understand which rest mode they need; who want to build a routine that doesn't accumulate wear. The chart will not prescribe treatment, but it will show the register your organism lives in.
It's a branch of astropsychology that uses the natal chart as a map of body patterns: what your constitutional type is, how your organism reacts under stress, in what rhythm it recovers. It is not diagnosis and not treatment — the chart shows registers and patterns, not verdicts. All recommendations are supportive in nature; for symptoms, you must consult a doctor.
No. The natal chart does not replace medical diagnosis and does not prescribe treatment. In our readings we describe patterns, registers, and tendencies — without diagnoses and without naming specific diseases. Any persistent symptoms require a doctor's examination. Herbs, food, and practices in a reading are supportive, not therapy.
The constitutional type is built from the Ascendant — the rising point. The Ascendant shifts by one degree every ~4 minutes, so even 15 minutes of error changes the read. Houses (1st, 4th, 6th, 12th — all key for health) are also built from the ASC. Sun, Moon, and Mars by sign stay stable even without exact time, so the minimal profile works without it — but the most precise recommendations need a birth time from a hospital record or a similar source.
In our system, a planet is considered afflicted when several weakening factors coincide: low essential dignity (detriment, fall), tense aspects (square, opposition), participation in a t-square, or a conjunction with a tense planet. An afflicted planet is not "bad": it points to a function that asks for more attention and support. The premium "Healing and correction" reading works precisely with these chart points.
A herbalist and a nutritionist work from symptoms and a general profile. The health chart adds a different layer — individual tuning: which type of load matches your constitution, which recovery rhythm works for you, what disrupts rest specifically for you. It is not an alternative to a professional — it is a layer of data a professional can lean on so that recommendations land more accurately on your nature.
We give recommendations by register (warming/cooling, tonic/sedative), without dosages. Herbs with known drug interactions (St. John's wort, grapefruit, etc.) are flagged with a warning in the reading. In pregnancy, chronic conditions, and while taking medications — a doctor's consultation is required before applying any recommendations. Everything described is supportive practice, not therapy.
Our readings name the thresholds directly: chronic pain, insomnia over two weeks, panic attacks, thoughts of self-harm, dissociative states, any symptoms that grow over time. The chart provides a background pattern — it does not work as treatment. This is a deliberate professional boundary, and we don't blur it.
