Study by the natal chart

How you learn, memorise and sit exams: Mercury and your intake channel, memory, attention, exams, choosing a specialty and a study calendar by your chart. For pupils, students, adults and parents — no diagnoses or clichés.

Your birth details

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Name and gender are optional — they only affect grammatical forms in recommendations. Birth time matters: even a 15-minute error shifts the Ascendant.

Study map — the main reading

The portal's anchor reading: Mercury and your intake channel, memory via the Moon, attention and discipline via Saturn and Neptune, study houses III, IX, X, exams and grades — and three levels of study with your chart: if you study as it comes, average and maximum. With a 6-week method and astro-correction points.

Intake and thinking style

How you take in information: Mercury by sign, element and house, the leading intake channel, pace by modes, insight via Uranus. Sciences or humanities, what fits and why someone else's method 'does not work'. Five rules of your method.

🧠

Memory and retention

How your memory works: emotional via the Moon, working via Mercury, long-term via Saturn, the Moon–Mercury link. Your type of retention — images, repetition, structure, movement — and what erases what you learned.

🎯

Attention and focus

Why attention drifts: Neptune to Mercury or in house III, Uranus, the mutable mode, Saturn as holding, Mars as impulse. Patterns, not diagnoses; focus techniques for the chart and gadgets as a register.

Open attention →

Procrastination and discipline

Why study gets put off to the last night: Mars as the start, Saturn as fear of error, perfectionism, Mercury–Saturn, modes. How to split tasks and get started for your chart, a start ritual, a week's experiment.

Open discipline →

Exams and the fear of grades

Exam stress: the Moon as the body of anxiety, Saturn and Pluto to the Moon and Mercury, why it 'goes blank', house III. Preparation for the chart and an exam-day protocol. No promised results.

The impostor and academic self-esteem

'I am dumber than the rest': the Sun as the right to be capable, Saturn as the inner judge, Mercury in detriment or combust, comparison via house XI. How to own a result — three rules.

Motivation and the meaning of study

'Why am I studying this': Jupiter and house IX, interest via the Sun and house V, the goal via X, study by order versus your own vector. Where interest went and how to bring it back; the first step.

🔋

Burnout and routine

'No strength even to get up': resource via the Sun and Mars, sleep via the Moon, routine via house VI, overload via Saturn, evening anxiety. A daily routine for the chart as registers, no numbers; when it is not about the chart.

Teachers, group, adaptation

Conflicts with a teacher, fear of authority, joining a new group: houses III and XI, Saturn, Mars and Pluto, the Moon as adaptation. How to talk to a teacher and find your people.

Defences and presentations

Fear of the board: Mercury as the voice, the Sun as the right to be seen, Saturn as judgement, the Moon as the body on stage. Your presentation format and a preparation ladder.

Specialty and university

Where to apply and whether to change direction: house X and the MC, IX, V, Mercury and Jupiter as type of thinking. Spheres as mechanics, not a list of universities; how to check whether it is really 'not mine'.

Study in another city or country

Whether to leave to study: houses IX and XII, their link with I and IV, Jupiter and Uranus as success far away, the Moon as adaptation. A verdict with conditions; exact lines — in the relocation chart. Royal plan and above.

Astropsychology of study — what and how we analyse

Study in the natal chart is first of all Mercury: its sign and element set the intake channel (word, speed, structure or image), its house — where study happens, its dignity and retrograde — pace and depth of processing. The Moon is responsible for memory and assimilation, Saturn for discipline and long programmes, Uranus for insight, Jupiter for meaning and higher education.

We compute by code the intake channel from the elements of Mercury, the Moon, the Ascendant and house III, pace and holding by modes, Mercury's state (dignity, combustion, aspects), the study houses III, IX, X, V and XI with their rulers. If a child's birth date is entered, the reading addresses the parent.

The study calendar is built 30 days ahead from transits of the Moon and Mercury to your natal points: days for exams and tests, submitting documents, memorising, creative work and rest; Mercury retrograde is marked separately. Motion shows how the exams will go and when study gets easier.

We give no diagnoses and promise no grades: distraction, procrastination and fear are read as chart patterns and skills. The chart shows style and resource — the decision is always yours.

Frequently asked questions

Is the reading suitable for a child?

Yes. Enter the child's birth data — the code sees the age and addresses the reading to the parent: how the child takes in information, what suits them, how to talk to the teacher.

What is the intake channel?

The leading element by Mercury, the Moon, the Ascendant and house III: air — word and discussion, fire — speed and interaction, earth — structure and practice, water — images and emotional connection to the material.

Can the chart tell whether I will pass the exam?

No, and we do not promise that. The chart and transits show how you react to grades, which days are better for sitting and when study gets easier.

What to do about Mercury retrograde?

It is not a ban on studying. Such days are marked in the calendar: recheck contracts and documents, revise what was learned rather than start something new.
