What is Founder Wave 1?
The first 500 subscribers receive 33% off the regular price and keep that price forever, for as long as they remain active subscribers. This is our way of thanking early supporters during platform development. After Wave 1 fills, Wave 2 opens (1,500 spots, 20% off), then Wave 3 (3,000 spots, 13% off), and finally regular pricing. Note: wave pricing applies only while your subscription stays active — after cancellation you can return only at the then-current price.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Auto-renewal stops from the moment of cancellation. You can resume your subscription anytime, but at the then-current regular price: cancelling permanently forfeits Founder status and the locked price.
What's the difference between the reading lenses?
Mirror — psychological portrait of the moment, what's happening internally during a transit. Work — practical aspects, where the transit acts on professional and material spheres. Lighthouse — strategic possibilities and long-term vision. Archetypal context (Celestial only) — deep mythopoetic interpretation in the Jungian astropsychology tradition.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier?
Yes, anytime. When upgrading from Premium to Royal or Celestial, the price is prorated for the remaining period. Your Founder status is preserved during upgrades — you continue paying with discount at the new tier.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major international debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner, an international merchant of record. All charges are in US dollars (USD).
Are refunds available?
Subscriptions: refundable within 14 days of purchase with minimal service usage (per EU Consumer Rights Directive). One-time readings are non-refundable after content has been generated, as standard for digital goods. Details in our refund policy.
